Muscle isn't built during the effort, but in the hours that follow. This pack covers both moments: what you need to load up and hydrate during the workout, and what you need to relieve tension afterward.
What the pack contains
- FlexiRelax, a muscle massage gun with 30 intensity levels. Two to three minutes per muscle group after your workout. You can choose black or silver on this page.
- AquaHope, a pair of foldable water dumbbells, 7 kg each when filled. When emptied, they fold up and fit into a sports bag. Black or orange to choose from.
- AquaShark, a dumbbell-shaped water bottle, BPA-free. Four capacities to choose from, from 500 ml for a short session to 2.6 L for a full day.
You customize your pack
The three selectors at the top of the page set the color of the massage gun, the color of the dumbbells, and the capacity of the water bottle. The price automatically adjusts to your choices, with no hidden supplements.
The massage gun comes with a 24V European plug, and the water bottle in black. Write to us if you need a different plug, we'll arrange it.
Why these three together
Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) is the primary reason for skipped workouts. The massage gun doesn't accelerate muscle building, but it makes recovery more bearable, thus making the next session more likely.
The foldable dumbbells and the water bottle follow the same principle: none of it takes up space, so there's no excuse to stop.
Things to know before ordering
The massage gun should not be used on joints, the spine, or any painful or inflamed area.
How you'll receive it
The three items will ship from our warehouses within 10 to 30 business days. They may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Before you start
Five to ten minutes of warm-up before each session. Stretching should be done afterward, never on cold muscles. Two to three sessions per week, with at least one full rest day between each.

- Actual delivery time: 10 to 30 business days. We ship from four partner warehouses — UK, USA, Singapore, and China — and the timeframe depends on which one holds your item.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package departs.
- Customs, peak demand periods, or weather events may extend this timeframe. We will notify you if this is the case.
- Free shipping on orders over €150, no code needed.
Returns
- You have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days from receipt.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with its tags.
- Refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
- For an exchange: follow the return procedure and place a new order.

- Statutory guarantee of conformity — 2 years. If the product does not match its description or has a defect of conformity, you can request its repair or replacement, free of charge.
- Guarantee against hidden defects. This covers defects not apparent at the time of purchase that render the product unfit for its intended use.
What we do not offer
As of today, we do not offer any additional commercial warranty beyond these legal protections. We prefer to state this clearly rather than promise the opposite.
