What happens in those hours determines the quality of your next session. A poorly recovered body means a subpar session, then another, then the feeling of stagnation without understanding why.

FlexiRelax works precisely there. Percussive massage reaches deep tensions that hands cannot release, with thirty intensity levels, six attachments, and no wires.

What it changes

  • Soreness lasts less time, so you don't skip the next session.
  • Six attachments reach the glutes and upper back, where hands can't go.
  • Ten minutes at home, whenever you want, instead of a €30 or €60 appointment.
  • Two minutes on the trapezius in the evening changes the stiffness the next morning after eight hours in front of a screen.

Protocol by zone

Slow, sweeping movements, never static. Do not let the device press in the same spot.

  1. Quadriceps: 90 seconds, medium intensity. The area that takes the most impact after squats and cardio.
  2. Hamstrings: 90 seconds, medium intensity. Leg relaxed, otherwise the contracted muscle receives nothing.
  3. Calves: 60 seconds, low intensity. On the belly of the muscle, never on the Achilles tendon.
  4. Trapezius: 60 seconds, low intensity. The most useful area if you work sitting down.
  5. Lats: 90 seconds, medium intensity. On either side of the spine, never directly on it.

Can be used daily. The best time is in the evening, after a shower, when the muscles are warm.

  • The spine, cervical vertebrae, and bony neck.
  • Joints: knee, elbow, shoulder.
  • An inflamed area, a hematoma, a varicose vein.
  • A recent injury, without advice from a healthcare professional.

How long does delivery take?

Does it hurt?

It shouldn't. An intense sensation on a tense area, yes. Sharp pain, no. If you have to grit your teeth, lower the intensity or change the attachment.

Which attachment for which area?

The ball for large muscle groups. The flat head for large and sensitive areas. The bullet head only on precise knots, briefly. The fork head frames the spine without touching it.

Is it noisy?

A motor noise comparable to an electric shaver. Not silent, but it doesn't prevent you from watching a series nearby.

Before or after the session?

Before: thirty seconds per area at low intensity, to wake up the muscle. This does not replace warming up. After: one to two minutes per area at medium intensity.

Does it replace a physiotherapist?

No. A physiotherapist diagnoses, adapts, and treats. A massage gun loosens a tense muscle. If pain persists for more than a few days, consult a professional.

What if it doesn't suit me?

Thirty days to return it to me, beyond the legal fourteen days, unused. Write to me, I reply myself within twenty-four hours.

Returns

  • You have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days from receipt.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with its tags.
  • Refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
  • For an exchange: follow the return procedure and place a new order.
