What is the status of my order? Your tracking number was sent to you by email when the package was dispatched. Enter it on our tracking page. If it seems inactive, please wait two to three days: the first carrier scan sometimes takes time.

What are the delivery times? Between 10 and 30 business days. Our partner warehouses are located worldwide, and the delivery time depends on which one holds your item.

I want to return an item. You have 30 days from receipt, where the law requires 14. Please write to us before any return.
