That Friday night when everything stops

You've been training for three months, three sessions a week, without missing one. Then you go away for five days. A business trip, a holiday, a week at someone's house. There's nothing there. You tell yourself it's okay, you'll get back to it when you return.

You don't get back to it. Or maybe three weeks later, twice, before giving up.

It's not a question of willpower. A habit sticks because it's uninterrupted. As soon as a gap appears, you have to rebuild it from scratch, and rebuilding costs ten times more than maintaining.

Twenty-six centimeters, and the problem disappears

HydroShape goes into your suitcase empty. It weighs almost nothing. You arrive, you fill it at the tap, you train. Before you leave, you empty it. Your luggage never gets heavier.

The rest of the time, it sits in a living room drawer, in light grey or pink, and no one guesses it's sports equipment.

What water brings

Adjustable load per liter. One liter of water weighs one kilogram. You decide before each session, without buying discs.
The liquid moves, you stabilize. Where cast iron remains still and lets your body compensate, water moves with each repetition and forces your deep muscles to correct.
No risk to the floor. Dropped, released, hit: it won't damage wood floors or tiles.
Silent. No metallic clinking. You can train early in the morning without waking anyone.

The hotel workout, twenty minutes

Alternating curl: 3 sets of 12, 45 sec rest. Elbows glued to the torso, without swinging the back.
Seated press: 3 sets of 10, 60 sec. Back flat against a chair back, low ribs.
Lateral raise: 3 sets of 15, 45 sec. Raise to horizontal, no higher.
Weighted plank: 3 times 30 seconds, 45 sec. Straight line from shoulders to heels.
Reverse lunge: 3 sets of 10 per leg, 60 sec. Front knee in line with the foot.

In a hurry? Do all five without rest, then 90 seconds between rounds. Three rounds, and you're in the shower in eighteen minutes.

Five minutes warm-up before, stretches after. And check the cap twice.

What it doesn't do

HydroShape is a maintenance and strengthening tool, not for maximal strength. If your goal is to progress with heavy loads, it won't replace a barbell, and I won't pretend otherwise.

Its interest lies elsewhere: it allows you to maintain your consistency. Over a year, consistency produces infinitely more than any isolated perfect session.

Your questions about HydroShape

Does it pass as carry-on luggage?

Empty, yes, it slides into a side pocket. Only fill it upon arrival: full, it would exceed the authorized liquid limits.

One or a pair?

Most exercises are done with just one, alternating arms, which also works the core more. Two allow for simultaneous movements. For travel, one is enough.

Hot or cold water?

Cold. Hot water deforms the plastic over time. If you leave it filled for several weeks, empty and rinse.

I'm a complete beginner. Is it suitable?

It's one of the best starting points. You start half full, so very light, and you add water over the weeks.

Are the pink and grey identical?

Strictly the same product. Choose the one you'll want to leave visible: what remains visible ends up being used.

What if I don't use it?

Thirty days to return it to me, beyond the fourteen legal days, unused and in its original condition. Write to me, I will respond myself within twenty-four hours.

Returns

You have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days from receipt.
The item must be in its original, unused condition, with its tags.
Refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
For an exchange: follow the return procedure and place a new order.

As of today, we do not offer any additional commercial warranty beyond these legal protections. We prefer to state this clearly rather than promise the opposite.
