Order and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are SSL encrypted and protected by the 3D Secure protocol. We never have access to your bank details: they are transmitted directly to our payment provider.

Is delivery free?

Yes, for purchases of €150 or more, no code needed. Your cart continuously displays the remaining amount to reach for free shipping.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please write to us as soon as possible. As long as the order has not been sent for preparation at our warehouse, we can modify or cancel it. After that stage, you will need to wait for receipt to proceed with a return.

Delivery

What are your delivery times?

Please allow between 10 and 30 business days. We ship from several partner warehouses around the world, and the delivery time depends on which one holds your item. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package departs.

Why such long delivery times?

Because we do not store inventory in France. Our partner warehouses are located abroad, which allows us to offer prices much lower than those of a traditional distributor. This is the compromise of our model, and we prefer to state it clearly rather than conceal it.

How can I track my package?

The tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment. You can enter it on our tracking page. If the number seems inactive, please wait two to three days: carriers sometimes take time to register the first scan.

Can my order arrive in multiple packages?

Yes. If your items come from different warehouses, they travel separately and arrive on different dates. You will receive one tracking number per package. No additional fees will be charged.

Returns and Guarantees

Can I return an item?

Yes. The law grants you 14 days for withdrawal; we voluntarily extend this to 30 days from the date of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please write to us before any return, and we will provide you with instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or does not match your order — in which case, we cover all costs.

Is there a warranty?

The two-year legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects apply by right. We do not offer any additional commercial warranty, and we prefer to state this rather than promise otherwise.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Photograph the package and the item, then write to us within a few days of receipt. We will proceed with replacement or refund without asking you to return the damaged item.

How does a water dumbbell work?

You fill it from the tap. One liter of water weighs one kilogram: so you adjust your load to the nearest liter, without buying anything extra. During exercise, the liquid moves with each repetition, forcing your stabilizing muscles to constantly correct.
