These three products were not brought together by chance. They cover the three ways a water load can work your body, and each does what the other two don't.
What the pack contains
- AquaNess, the pair of adjustable dumbbells. The classic movement, but with a moving load: curl, press, row, lunges. This is the foundation of everything. You choose the load on this page, from 15 to 35 kg.
- HydroSphere, the 38 cm sphere. No axis, no predictable direction. This is what will target the deep core muscles that dumbbells only partially engage.
- HydroShape, the compact format. Empty in your suitcase, filled from the tap upon arrival. This is what prevents your consistency from stopping as soon as you leave for three days. Color choice on this page.
- The Sportivearena Method, the complete 21-page guide, included with this pack. Eighty exercises, sets, repetitions, exact rest times, and a four-week beginner program.
Why these three together
With dumbbells alone, you make progress in strength and volume, but your core remains underworked. With the sphere alone, you work the core remarkably but little on the arms. And without the travel format, the first week of travel breaks a routine built over months.
The three combined cover everything: adjustable load, maximum instability, and continuity when life gets in the way. Everything empties out and stores in a single drawer.
What the guide saves you from
Most people don't give up due to lack of willpower, but because no one told them what to do, how many times, and when to rest. The guide provides for each product: what really works, possible exercises, the number of sets and repetitions, rest times to the second, and weekly frequency.
It also contains a progressive four-week program and a chapter on the six most common mistakes that lead to giving up.
How you receive it
The three pieces of equipment are shipped from our warehouses within 10 to 30 business days. The guide is sent to you by email immediately after your order, in PDF format. You can start reading it the same evening, without waiting for the package.
Before you start
Five to ten minutes of warm-up before each session. Stretches are done after, never on cold muscles. Two to three sessions per week, with at least one full rest day between each.

- Actual delivery time: 10 to 30 business days. We ship from four partner warehouses — UK, USA, Singapore, and China — and the timeframe depends on which one holds your item.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package departs.
- Customs, peak demand periods, or weather events may extend this timeframe. We will notify you if this is the case.
- Free shipping on orders over €150, no code needed.
Returns
- You have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days from receipt.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with its tags.
- Refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
- For an exchange: follow the return procedure and place a new order.

- Guarantee against hidden defects. This covers defects not apparent at the time of purchase that render the product unfit for its intended use.
What we do not offer
As of today, we do not offer any additional commercial warranty beyond these legal protections. We prefer to state this clearly rather than promise the opposite.

It's not willpower you lack
