Frequently asked questions

Do my points expire?
No. Never. A tier reached remains yours, even if you don't order for a year.

Are discounts combinable with promotions?
Your loyalty discount applies to current prices. It is not combinable with a one-time promotional code, but you always benefit from the more advantageous of the two.

How do I know my point total?
You receive an email each time you reach a new tier. You can also write to us at any time, we respond within 24 hours.

What if I return an item?
The corresponding points are simply removed from the counter. Nothing more.

Why these tiers and not others

We could have announced a 20% discount to make it look good. We don't, because we sell at a reduced margin to keep prices low from the first order — and an unsustainable program always ends up being removed six months later.

What you read here, we can maintain in the long term. That's the whole point.
