Your Deadlines
14 days from receipt is your legal right of withdrawal (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code). Without reason, without penalty, and this applies to all items, including promotions.
30 days with us. We voluntarily extend this period, in addition to your rights.
How to Proceed
- Email us at info.contact@sportivearena.com with your order number. You can use the form below, but it's not mandatory: a simple message is enough.
- We will reply within 24 hours with the exact return address. Our partner warehouses are located in several countries, the address depends on the item concerned — do not send anything before our reply.
- Return the item within 14 days after your declaration.
- You will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the item or proof of shipment, standard delivery fees included, to the same payment method.
Things to Know
- You can try on the item as you would in a store. Only depreciation due to excessive handling may be charged to you.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective, damaged, or non-compliant — in which case we cover all costs.
- Keep the original packaging if possible.
