Without a bench, half the exercises don't exist

Take an inventory of what you can do with dumbbells and nothing else. Curls, overhead press, bent-over rows, raises. That's already quite a lot.

Now, what you can't do: bench press, incline press, flyes, pullovers, lying triceps extensions, one-arm supported rows, lat pulldowns. Seven fundamental movements, all inaccessible.

The bench is not an accessory. It's what turns a pair of dumbbells into a home gym.

What it changes, concretely

Pectorals only work with push-ups, with a load you can't control. Bench press and incline press: you choose the load to the nearest kilogram.
The back is worked standing, bent over, with the lower back taking all the strain. Supported rows and pulley pulldowns, spine supported and protected.
Abdominal exercises are limited to the floor: crunches, planks, and that's about it. Adjustable incline sit-ups — difficulty adjusts, neck is free.
A gym costs €30 to €50 per month, indefinitely, plus the limited hours. A one-time purchase. Paid for in six months, and it's yours.
A cheap bench wobbles as soon as you add weight, and you don't dare to use it anymore. Reinforced steel frame: stability is what allows you to finish a set.
You have to buy a separate machine for lat pulldowns. Integrated pulley: pulldowns are included, without additional bulk.

What it allows, precisely

  • Pectorals — bench press, incline press, flyes. Three angles, three different muscle areas
  • Lats — pulley pulldown, one-arm supported row
  • Shoulders — seated press, back supported, without lumbar compensation
  • Arms — lying triceps extensions, seated concentration curl
  • Core — adjustable incline sit-ups

Six exercises to get started

  1. Bench press — 4 sets of 10, 90 seconds rest. Scapulae squeezed, feet flat on the floor. This is the foundation of everything.
  2. Incline press — 3 sets of 12, 90 seconds. 30° incline, no more: beyond that, the shoulders take over.
  3. Pulley pulldown — 4 sets of 12, 75 seconds. Elbows back, not up. Scapulae initiate the movement.
  4. Sit-ups — 3 sets of 15, 45 seconds. Hands crossed over the chest, never behind the neck.
  5. Lying flyes — 3 sets of 12, 75 seconds. Elbows slightly bent, never locked.
  6. Triceps extension — 3 sets of 12, 60 seconds. Elbows still, only forearms move.

Three sessions per week alternating upper and lower body, with at least one rest day between two sessions on the same groups.

The maintenance no one does

Check the tightness of the bolts once a month. It takes two minutes with the included wrench, and it's what separates a bench that lasts ten years from a bench that becomes wobbly in one year.

A bench that moves under load is not just unpleasant: it's a real risk when you have thirty kilos above your chest.

Before ordering

Heavy machine, delivered in 10 to 30 business days from our warehouses.

Make space. 130 cm long, plus clearance for arms on each side — count two meters by one and a half meters in use. The bench folds partially, but it doesn't disappear into a closet.

Assembly takes about 45 minutes and requires two people, especially to lift the frame.

Dumbbells are not included. The bench is a structure: you need something to load. AquaNess or NovaBell are perfectly suitable for getting started.

Your questions about PrimeForce

What maximum weight does it support?

The reinforced steel frame is designed for intensive home use — user plus load. If you plan to lift very heavy, write to us before ordering: we prefer to be frank with you.

How many incline positions?

Adjustable from 50 to 102 cm in height, with several backrest incline notches — from flat to decline to incline. One notch more or less completely changes the area worked on a press.

Is the pulley really useful or is it a gimmick?

It's useful. It allows for lat pulldowns, the most complete back exercise after pull-ups. Without it, you would need a separate machine.

I'm a beginner. Is it too much for me?

No, but start light and learn the movements before adding weight. A poorly executed bench press can injure the shoulders. Film yourself from the side during the first few sessions: it's the best corrector out there, and it's free.

Does it store away?

It folds partially and can be placed against a wall, but it remains bulky. It's not a product you take out and put away for each session — plan for a permanent location.

Do I need a mat underneath?

On parquet or laminate flooring, yes: the frame's feet mark the floor under load, and a thick mat also prevents vibrations from being transmitted to the downstairs neighbor.

How long does it take to see results?

The first visible changes appear between the sixth and eighth week with three weekly sessions. Strength, however, progresses from the first few weeks — it's primarily the nervous system that adapts, before the muscle.

What if it doesn't suit me?

Thirty days to return it to us, beyond the fourteen legal days, in its original condition. For a bulky product, write to us first: Kristy will explain the procedure, within twenty-four hours.

Returns

  • You have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days from receipt.
