- Actual delivery time: 10 to 30 business days. We ship from four partner warehouses — UK, USA, Singapore, and China — and the timeframe depends on which one holds your item.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package departs.
- Customs, peak demand periods, or weather events may extend this timeframe. We will notify you if this is the case.
- Free shipping on orders over €150, no code needed.
Returns
- You have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days from receipt.
