  3. Cable pulldown: 4 sets of 12 repetitions (75 s). Pull the cable toward the upper chest while engaging the back muscles.
  4. Incline torso raise: 3 sets of 15 repetitions (45 s). Hands crossed over the chest, controlled movement.
  5. Flat flyes: 3 sets of 12 repetitions (75 s). Slight bend in the elbows to protect the joints.
  6. Triceps extension: 3 sets of 12 repetitions (60 s). Elbows fixed, only the forearms perform the movement.

Returns

  • You have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days from receipt.
