The capacities indicated (15 kg, 20 kg, or 35 kg) represent the maximum volume of the pair. You do not have to fill them to the maximum: you can start with a half-load and increase the water volume as you progress.

How can I avoid water leaks?

Each tank is equipped with a reinforced leak-proof cap. Make sure to close the valve hermetically before starting your workout session.

Can the dumbbells be transported while traveling?

Yes. When completely emptied and dried, the dumbbells become very light and can be stored flat in a gym bag or carry-on luggage.

What maintenance is required?

It is recommended to use cold tap water. If you leave the dumbbells filled for several weeks, we advise you to empty and rinse them periodically.
