The level of instability varies based on the fill level: when filled between one-third and two-thirds of its capacity, the continuous movement of the water intensely challenges the torso, obliques, shoulders, and overall posture.

  4. Asymmetric Walk: 3 × 30 meters. Carry the weight on one side only to strengthen anti-lateral flexion.

Perform 5 to 10 minutes of joint and muscle warm-ups before your session. Ensure that the sealing cap is tightly closed before starting your sets.

What is the weight of the HydroSphere ball?

The weight depends on the amount of water added. One liter of water equals one kilogram. A load of 5 to 10 kg already provides a significant level of instability due to the fluid displacement.

How do I maintain the water ball?

Use cold tap water. If you do not plan to use it for several days, we recommend emptying it and letting it dry away from direct sunlight.

Is the ball suitable for apartment training?

Yes. The flexible PVC shell prevents damage to the floor and allows for completely silent training.

How long does it take to fill the sphere?

Filling takes between 1 and 2 minutes under a standard faucet, and emptying takes only a few seconds.
