The compact water dumbbell for home and travel workouts

Maintaining a regular workout routine while traveling or in a small space is a daily challenge. The HydroShape compact water dumbbell provides a practical and lightweight solution: ultra-portable 26 cm equipment that fills up at the tap in seconds and stores flat once emptied.

Unstable hydraulic load to engage deep muscles

By using the natural movement of water, the HydroShape dumbbell creates dynamic resistance. The displacement of the liquid during each repetition forces the body to activate the core and stabilizer muscles to maintain balance.

Why choose the HydroShape water dumbbell?

  • Compact 26 cm size: Ideal for small spaces, it can be emptied after your workout and slips easily into a drawer or suitcase.
  • Adjustable weight: Adjust the weight as you like (1 liter of water = 1 kg) to adapt the intensity of your session.
  • Silent and risk-free use: Its soft structure protects your floor (hardwood, tile) and avoids any metallic clatter, making it perfect for working out at any time.
  • Mobility and maintenance accessory: Perfect for keeping up with your workout routine while on vacation or during business trips.

User guide: 5 exercises for a 20-minute session

  1. Alternating curl: 3 sets of 12 repetitions. Keep your elbows tucked against your torso without swinging your back.
  2. Seated press: 3 sets of 10 repetitions. Keep your back flat against the back of a chair and your core engaged.
  3. Lateral raise: 3 sets of 15 repetitions. Raise your arm to horizontal while controlling the descent.
  4. Plank with load: 3 sets of 30 seconds. Maintain body alignment from shoulders to heels.
  5. Reverse lunges: 3 sets of 10 repetitions per leg. Make sure to keep the front knee well-aligned with the ankle.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is the HydroShape dumbbell allowed in carry-on luggage?

Yes. Once completely emptied, the dumbbell is light and fits into any bag pocket. Just fill it with water when you arrive.

Should I use one dumbbell or a pair?

Using a single dumbbell allows for unilateral movements that strongly engage the core and obliques. You can also opt for a pair to work both arms simultaneously.

What water should be used for filling?

Use cold tap water. If you do not plan to use the dumbbell for several weeks, it is recommended to empty it and let it dry.

Is the dumbbell suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Since the load depends on the volume of water poured, you can start very light with a half-full dumbbell and increase the amount as you progress.

How to clean and maintain the equipment?

Clean the outer surface with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Ensure the sealing valve is tightly closed before each session.

Why this product exists

It's not willpower you lack

The majority of subscriptions taken out in January are no longer used by March. This is explained by a lack of discipline. That's false—and it's the worst possible explanation, because it assigns blame without solving anything.

Today

What you're experiencing

  • An hour of exercise costs you two hours: travel, changing room, waiting for machines.
  • You've been paying for a subscription you haven't used since February.
  • Nobody told you how many sets, how much rest, how many times a week.
From the very first week

What's New

  • Your gear is at your place. You decide, you start, that's it.
  • You pay once. The equipment is yours, with no monthly fees.
  • The above sheet gives the exact program: sets, repetitions, rest down to the second.

Remove the friction, and will becomes secondary. This is the whole raison d'être of what we sell.
