- International Delivery (10-30 business days maximum): Rates vary depending on destination.
- Processing: Orders are currently shipped within 2-4 business days.

- Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs: Free in mainland France. Paid by the customer for international returns.

The Water Dumbbell is an inflatable and deflatable piece of equipment designed to be filled exclusively with water to create dynamic resistance during training. Like any product containing water, regular maintenance is essential to ensure hygiene, durability, and optimal performance over time.
- Why maintenance is important ?
When water remains stagnant inside for a long period of time, especially in a warm environment, it can promote:
- The growth of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi)
- An unpleasant odor
- A slimy or dirty feeling inside the Water Dumbbell
These phenomena are not related to a product defect, but to a lack of maintenance, as with any water bag, water bottle, or hydraulic equipment.
- Best practices for use (prevention) :
To avoid any problems:
- Preferably use clean water (clear tap water).
- Avoid leaving water inside for several days without use.
- After training, completely empty the Water Dumbbell if you do not plan to use it again soon.
- Leave it to dry in the open air, with the cap open, before storing.
- Cleaning & disinfecting the interior (without piercing the product)
It is entirely possible to clean and disinfect the interior of the Water Dumbbell without damaging it.
- Recommended steps:
- Empty all the water from the Water Dumbbell.
- Fill it partially with lukewarm water.
- Add one of the following natural agents:
- A few drops of white vinegar.
- OR a small amount of baking soda.
- OR a mild solution of neutral (non-abrasive) soap.
- Close carefully and shake gently so that the solution cleans the inner walls.
- Empty completely.
- Rinse 1 to 2 times with clean water.
- Leave to dry with the cap open, in the open air, in a dry place.
👉 This method effectively removes residues and odors and limits the formation of bacteria or fungi.
- What not to do :
- Never pierce the Water Dumbbell.
- Do not use harsh chemicals (bleach, solvents).
- Do not leave water standing for long periods of time.
- Do not store the product wet and closed.
- Recommended storage :
- Keep the Water Dumbbell empty and dry.
- Only fold it when it is completely deflated.
- Store it away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
