Q: Do you have physical stores or only an online shop ?

 A: We do not have any physical stores yet. We currently sell exclusively online.

Q: Do you ship internationally ?

A: Yes, we ship to almost every country worldwide.  
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once your shipment reaches your destination country. We cannot predict the specific charges. For more details about your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. All import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Your local carrier may be able to advise on accepted payment methods for delivery-related charges.

Q: Do I need to sign for the delivery ?

 A: No signature is required for delivery.

Q: Where do you ship products from ?

A: We ship from our warehouses in the USA, UK, Singapore, or China. We work directly with trusted suppliers around the world, allowing us to pass savings on to our customers while offering high-quality products at competitive prices.  
We test every item and even visit the factories to ensure top quality and sustainable practices.

Q: How long does it take to ship my product ?

A: It typically takes 2–3 business days to ship your product.

Q: What’s the estimated delivery date (ETA) ?

A: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 7 to 30 days. Rest assured, we’ll send your tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.

Q: How can I return or exchange my item ?

A: We strongly believe in the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee (excluding return shipping fees).

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us and we will either refund or exchange it (your choice), within 30 days - no questions asked. Please contact us by email at (email) first, and we will provide you with the appropriate return address.

Q: Where is my order confirmation ? 

A: Your order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours of payment. Please also check your spam or junk folder as it might be there.

Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order ?
